Difficult Recruits

Vault consultants have specific experience conducting research among hard-to-reach and/or hard-to-identify audiences. We employ a myriad of approaches to find, screen, and recruit the correct respondents. Some of these approaches include:

  • Augmenting online recruit with executive level phone recruiting, fax or direct mail to web
  • Extensively training recruiters, arming them with product images, descriptions, and talking points
  • Allowing recruiters to go “off script” to understand nuances in setting, organizational structure and/or product use
  • Working with client to determine criteria for purchase of supplemental contacts lists
  • Conducting an initial qualitative phase to augment understanding of category use/qualifications
  • Augmenting lists/database with referrals from screened contacts
  • Highly targeted patient research
