Amy is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Client Development for Vault Consulting, a highly specialized professional services firm.  Vault focuses on providing outsourced accounting, survey research and primary market research services to associations, non-profits and their affiliates.  In her role, Amy is responsible for all operations, strategic planning and implementation, and business development for the firm.  Her unique background includes non-profit financial management and professional service firm operations, in addition to time spent on the sales floor for a major U.S. homebuilder, financial staffing, operational accounting and Big 4 accounting and auditing.

Prior to joining Vault, Amy was the Vice President – Finance & Administration of the U.S. Soccer Foundation.  She was responsible for delivering accurate reporting internally and externally, as well as leveraging her skill set to lead the strategic planning ensuring continued program growth for the Foundation.  Amy led all federal fund financial oversight and reporting.  She also handled all human resources responsibilities for the Foundation, as well as oversight of its information technology team.

Amy joined the Foundation following her tenure as the Chief Operating Officer of LTBD, where she was responsible for the daily operations of firm as well as client services and staff leadership. She also had a set of clients for whom she performed duties as the Director of Finance of those organizations.  After starting her career in public accounting as an auditor for manufacturing and not-for-profit clients, Amy joined one of the top five national homebuilders where she excelled as the Controller for the Northern Virginia market.  Amy has also spent time on the sales floor, which gives her an interesting perspective on reporting, communication and exceeding standard expectations.

Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she was a student-athlete on the women’s varsity soccer team, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University.  She has her CPA from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the AICPA and GWSCPA.
