Karen’s passion for the nonprofit community spans nearly twenty years. As a mediator for the Vault brand, Karen maintains a cohesive personality for Vault as a driven, collaborative, and innovative organization, across all marketing channels.  
 
Loyalty and a drive for excellence make Karen a dependable addition to the senior management team at Vault Consulting. She is an accommodating team member with an ability to organize and communicate effective messages to clients or anyone interested in learning more about Vault.  Karen is a natural helper with a cooperative nature. Her ability to collaborate with teammates and clients is a strength that makes her extremely effective in driving growth for Vault and its partners.   
 
Karen’s path highlights her aptitude for adaptability. First studying Government and International politics in college, she then discovered a passion for numbers as an analyst on the research team. Equally creative as she is analytical, Karen now uses her design and marketing expertise to promote Vault to potential clients as the Head of Marketing at Vault.
 
Karen chose to spend her career at Vault because of the energy that Vaulters bring to their work. She says that her tenure with the company has expanded her mindset to be one of constant growth. Karen’s commitment to the organization makes her the ideal person to be entrusted with the Vault brand.  

 
A Northern Virginia native, Karen currently lives in the DMV area with her pride and joy, Lulu, an English bulldog that she describes as a “Mama’s girl.” When Karen is not leading Vault’s strategic marketing initiatives, she enjoys applying her creative talents to her spouse and celebrity chef’s brand. In her free time, you will likely find her getting Zen on her yoga mat.
