Lindsay Clark has 10 years of accounting experience serving non-profits, and she is a Manager in Vault Consulting’s outsourced accounting practice group. She is responsible for the management and preparation of financial statements, monthly balance sheet schedules and reconciliations, analysis of financial statement variances, compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, financial projections and cash management, federal and non-federal grant reporting and compliance, budgeting and tax compliance.
She assists tax-exempt organizations with their audit and tax preparation and provides general business consulting relating to the design and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. She is well versed in the various accounting in use by the not-for-profit industry and thus helps clients and executives to both prepare and present financial information to board and committee members.
Lindsay received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and currently pursuing a certificate in accounting. Lindsay is a CPA candidate and has passed all 4 parts of exams and awaiting her official license number. She is also a member of The Greater Washington Society of CPAs (GWSCPA).
