Managing Director, Research Business Unit
Mike works diligently to earn the respect of his clients and lead engagements that involve high-stakes data sharing programs and other sensitive data management. With almost twenty years of exclusively supporting the not-for-profit sector, Mike leverages his experiences and lessons learned from the various research programs he has implemented but also keeps a sharp eye on variables within programs that require unique solutions.
He is very keen on identifying gaps in existing programs; whereas, he consults clients about different solutions that can surface findings applicable to the needs of clients’ memberships. However, Mike makes relationships between more than data points. He works hand-in-hand with clients to earn their respect as a trusted partner rather than a third-party provider.
By collaborating with staff and demonstrating confidence in the complexity and caliber of work the research team delivers to clients, he can take on more leadership responsibilities. In order to remain flexible and available to clients, Mike’s day-to-day may shuffle around from overseeing multiple research programs, including those providing vital information to fortune 500 companies, to focusing on business development and staffing needs.
When Mike is not attending or speaking at clients’ mission-critical events, he is enjoying every moment of fatherhood and watching his two little girls grow up.
