David has more than 11 years of experience as a professional accountant including 8 years serving the nonprofit industry in the outsourced accounting practice group. His current responsibilities include the management and preparation of financial statements, analysis of financial statement variances, compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, financial projections and cash management, grant reporting and compliance, and tax compliance for our nonprofit clients. He also provides other consulting services including the design and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, payroll processing, and assistance with tax-exempt organizations’ annual audit and tax preparation. He is well versed in the various accounting systems in use by the nonprofit industry and thus helps clients with system selection, implementation, and training.
David graduated from James Madison University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Computer Information Systems. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an active member of the AICPA and GWSCPA.
