Lindsay Clark is a Senior Controller in Vault Consulting’s outsourced accounting practice group and has over 10 years of accounting experience serving nonprofits. Her drive for excellence and accountability empowers nonprofit organizations not only to meet their goals but succeed in their missions.
She is responsible for the management and preparation of financial statements, analysis of financial statement variances, compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, financial projections and cash management, federal and non-federal grant reporting and compliance, budgeting and tax compliance for our nonprofit clients.
She assists tax-exempt organizations with their audit and tax preparation and provides general business consulting relating to the design and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. She is well versed in the various accounting in use by the not-for-profit industry and thus helps clients and executives to both prepare and present financial information to board and committee members.
In her personal time, she enjoys attending D.C. Sporting Events, staying active, and spending time with her family and cat, Zuzu.
