Rochelle has a diverse accounting and finance background that spans over 21 years and across multiple industries. Led by her drive for excellence and passion for partnering with organizations to help them achieve their goals, she has focused on providing consulting services over the last 12 years. These consulting roles have primarily focused on filling high-level Accounting and Finance positions on an interim basis.
She is a hands-on leader whose technical acumen includes management and preparation of financial statements, analysis of financial statement variances, compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, financial projections and cash management, budgeting, consolidations, and grant reporting.
She assists organizations with audit and tax preparation and provides general business consulting relating to the design and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. She works with client executives to prepare and present financial information to board and committee members. She is well-versed in various accounting systems and thus helps clients with system selection, implementation, and training.
