Susan Criswell is a Director at Vault Consulting, LLC. With more than 20 years of experience in survey research, she responsible for managing large and complex statistical surveys for major trade associations. She is responsible for maintaining communication with clients and assuring the timeliness and quality of each project. She works closely with our programmers in order to produce effective, in-depth, value added and cost-effective products.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Susan spent four years at the American Chemistry Council (ACC). While at ACC, Susan worked in the associations President’s office for the Director of Member Relations and Corporate Secretary. Susan was responsible for integrating new members into the associations’ structure, processing applications and working with prospective members.
Susan graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Arts, Communication Studies.
