Rhonda is an accomplished CFO and operational strategist with solid experience in providing nonprofits with sound financial counsel to support program objectives and execute financial stability in high growth and turnaround situations. Her strengths are in evaluating financial and operational risks, resolving multiple complex issues, and providing nonprofit clients with system improvements that enhance revenue generation.
Rhonda works with nonprofits to provide a planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation process that provides nonprofits a comprehensive program plan, narrative, and budget they can use for fundraising and to setup a more effective monitoring, evaluation and financial system to capture critical impact data along with the funding and costs by program, hence linking the program data to the financials data to tell their story and highlight their programmatic impact.
Rhonda Devan joined Vault Consulting’s outsourced accounting practice group in 2021 after spending six years providing finance and accounting consulting services to various nonprofits and NGOs locally and internationally. Prior to this she was a Chief Financial Officer in higher education (public and private) where she managed all the accounting and financial reporting functions and led implementation of business plans, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirement.
